Built to be found on Google — SEO-ready, not just pretty

Every storefront is SEO-ready: its own web address, your business name + town in its page title and description, your full address and listings in structured form search engines can read, and a page that loads fast on a phone. Sign up on either site — it's the same account underneath. No school or alumni tie needed: landlords, realtors and homeowners are welcome. Joining and browsing are free — you pay only when you post a listing.

Post from whichever door you came in

Add your property's details and up to 25 photos. Pick the home type — house, condo, apartment, townhouse, villa, studio, or rooms for rent (for a room, you'll say what's shared and what's private: bathroom, kitchen, living space, laundry) — and if you're posting as a business, agency or complex, add your office hours: visitors see today's hours right on the listing and can hover or tap to see the whole week. The address fields adapt to the country you pick — state & ZIP code for the USA, province & postal code for Canada, postcode for the UK, parish or region back home. Found Zippy first? Post here. Live on both sites for one low fee

Pay the listing fee once — never twice: $1 for two listings until December 31, 2026, then $5 per listing. After a quick payment check, your property is live on Zippy Bookings and Carib Alumni for 30 days.

How contact works

The poster's phone and email are shown right on the listing — in the Contact the poster area on every home — so you can reach them directly. Prefer a form instead? That is there too, as the second option.

Contact the poster directly

On any home, tap View listing and look for Contact the poster: the poster's name, telephone and email, shown in full. Tap the phone to call, WhatsApp or text them, or tap the email to write to them — no account, no form, no waiting on a middleman.

Or send an inquiry through Zippy

Under the direct contact details, the “Book or ask about this home” form is the second option. Add your name, your email (required) and — only if you want a call or WhatsApp back — your phone (optional), plus your message and, for a rental, when you'd like to move in. Zippy emails it to the poster's address shown on the listing.

You continue directly

From the first tap, you and the seller or host talk directly by phone, WhatsApp or email — viewings, questions, price, move-in dates, all between you. Zippy does not sit in the middle of your conversation, and we do not take a cut of a deal you make between yourselves.

Posters publish their contact details on purpose: when someone posts a home, the phone and email they give are displayed on the listing (and on their storefront) so serious buyers and renters can reach them straight away. As a visitor, your own details are only shared when you choose — by contacting the poster, or by sending the inquiry form.

The basics a buyer or renter asks about first.

Pick the country first — the address fields below change to match it. Alumni have settled all over: the form knows US states & ZIP codes, Canadian provinces & postal codes, UK postcodes and European formats, as well as parish / region addressing for the Caribbean, Central & South America.

Commercial listings are badged Commercial everywhere they show, with their commercial type and whether they are for sale or for rent (lease) — and buyers can filter to commercial only.

Renters and buyers filter by home type — house, condo, apartment and the rest — so pick the one that fits yours.

Bathroom types — what kinds?

A total alone doesn't tell the story. Tell buyers and renters the makeup — how many of each kind — and the listing shows it exactly, e.g. “2 full · 1 half · en-suite master”. The total above adds itself up (a half bathroom counts as 0.5).

How buyers reach you — your contact details *

Required on every listing. These details are shown publicly on your listing in the “Contact the poster” area — and on your storefront — so buyers and renters can call, WhatsApp, text or email you directly.

Your phone and email appear in the “Contact the poster” area on your listing on both Zippy Bookings and Carib Alumni, with tap-to-call, WhatsApp, text and email buttons — that direct contact is the point: serious buyers reach you without a form in between. Visitors can also use the inquiry form, and Zippy emails those inquiries — with their name, email and phone (if they gave one) — to the email above.
